Booking Conditions

Please ensure that you read these terms & conditions and our payments information page. If you're an agent, please ensure that your client receives a copy of these booking conditions.

Payments

Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance Payments can be made in full by Euro cash on arrival or by credit card (see bottom of payments page) up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
If you wish to cancel your booking prior to arrival, all that is required is an email to confirm cancellation.
Non-show at airport, without prior cancellation, will incur a charge equal to a one-way journey booked.

Booking Details

Check your confirmation email to ensure the details of your booking are correct - and contact us immediately if any details are not correct.
The vehicle will only collect the number of passengers booked. Please do not ask the driver to carry extra passengers, as this request will be refused.
A mobile phone contact number of at least one person of the group is required, in case we need to contact you on arrival in Spain. This mobile should be switched on as soon as you arrive in Spain and also on the day of departure from Spain.

Arrivals

At your arrival airport your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a banner with your name.
The bus will be parked in the bus lanes immediately outside the arrivals.

At Alicante airport, you should remain at their arrival terminal. Do not leave the building. If you do not see the driver, wait in the area next to the lifts.

At Corvera airport the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a banner with your name and the bus will be parked in the bus lanes immediately outside the arrivals.

Luggage

We have no weight restrictions on luggage (within reason), however, each paying passenger is allocated 1 suitcase and 1 hand-luggage. Wheelchairs (we do not carry electric wheelchairs), prams and child buggies are carried free of charge.

Private accommodation rental, villas, apartments ...

Many rental accommodations are new and may not be available on maps or Sat-Navs. If you're being transported to holiday apartments, hotels, or residential accommodation, please supply a full address. If you have private residential accommodation, ask your rental company for comprehensive directions. Give these to your driver on arrival.

Flight delays

Although we do check online information for flight arrivals, these are very unreliable. Please help us by contacting us by text or phone if your flight is delayed. Prior knowledge of the delay means we can reschedule another driver and vehicle, if required, to ensure you have no waiting time at the airport.

You will be aware of your own flight delay approx 3 hours before scheduled arrival in Spain, however we may not. Without prior knowledge of the delay, the driver may have to do another scheduled transfer before returning to the airport to collect you.

We do allow unrestricted time from your arrival for collecting luggage etc, but if you are delayed in Spain with lost luggage etc, please call us so we can inform the driver.

Comfort for all passengers

There is no smoking, food, coloured drinks or alcohol allowed on vehicles.
Any damage, abuse or lack of respect for vehicles and drivers, is taken seriously.

Please ensure when travelling with young children, that extra care is taken in regards to sweets, chocolate, coloured drinks, chewing gum, etc, as a charge of €50 is payable for cleaning in the event of serious spillage, damage or removal of stains on seats. Drivers are instructed to check vehicles prior to passenger boarding and on delivery of passengers to ensure there is no damage.

Incorrect bookings

We accept no responsibility for information that has been passed to Clyde Grove Golf / Autocares Y Taxis if it proves to be incorrect.

We accept no responsibility for checking that flight details, etc, are correct at the time of placing a booking.
The flight information we request is only for checking on the day of arrival for delayed or cancelled flights, as well as confirming the collection time for your return journey, to ensure punctual collections.

In all cases, vehicles are scheduled as per the instructions supplied by client.
You must ensure that the information we are given is correct, such as scheduled flight times, airports, destinations, passenger numbers etc.

If incorrect bookings are only discovered when the vehicle arrives for collection, the client is responsible for any extra costs involved, such as another vehicle returning on another day or later time.

Extra cost for returning vehicle is equal to a one-way journey booked.

The Costa Blanca has 2 airports and covers a vast area with golf courses and resorts approx 350 km apart from north to south. The logistics of timed collections are scheduled, with vehicles travelling many km’s from one location to another.

We cannot guarantee transport for incorrect bookings and it may not be possible to change our schedules or allocate a vehicle at short notice. In those cases, the client will have to wait until the scheduled collection time or should organise alternative transport. We are not responsible for extra costs incurred and our cancellation charge will apply for last-minute cancelled bookings.
